5-piece eco-psych-punk band The Velvet Ants scrambled up through the crevasses of the LA Basin in spring 2026. The queer /femme-fronted band uses 3-part harmonies, dance +blast beats, and short-lists of plants and animals of the LA River to build better worlds from the ground up.
